Enfuce was born out of a gap in the financial services industry and has been a success story since then. With ambitious growth targets for 2021 we needed to improve our commercial scalability.


Four things made working with Seedi effective and unique:

  1. Two major components of commercial scaling, service productization and branding, were done simultaneously, which made it efficient
  2. Process was based on models and facts. We felt safe about moving forward from one step to the other.
  3. Customers and Enfuce own people were involved from the beginning.
  4. The results were put into practice already during the project.
